Director of Volunteer Services: This position is responsible for leading a volunteer program that supports family-centered care for children receiving medical treatment. This role oversees recruitment, training, engagement, and retention of volunteers and interns, while ensuring alignment with all staff and program needs.

Family Care Specialist: This position is one of the first and last contacts for anyone staying at or visiting the Ronald McDonald House. The person in this role ensures the continuity of House operations, safety, and security during his/her or their assigned shift.

We are specifically looking for a Family Care Specialist to work Monday through Thursday from 4pm to 9pm, as well as someone who is able to work PRN (part time, as needed).
